Former Toronto Maple Leaf Todd Warriner has joined the Scotiabank®
Road Hockey To Conquer Cancer team!
A first round Entry Draft selection of the Quebec Nordiques in 1992, Todd Warriner enjoyed a nine-season NHL career that included playing with the Toronto Maple Leafs, Tampa Bay Lightning, Phoenix Coyotes, Vancouver Canucks, Philadelphia Flyers and the Nashville Predators. The quick-as-mercury Warriner is in the history books for having scored the first-ever goal in the Air Canada Centre on February 20, 1999 on the way to a 3-2 victory over the Montreal Canadiens. Todd returned to the ice in 2010, this time, partnered with Isabelle Brasseur on ‘Battle of the Blades.’ The extremely inventive Warriner and his on-ice partner were finalists in the highly popular competition.
