Former Maple Leaf Dave McLlwain has joined the Scotiabank® Road Hockey To Conquer Cancer team!
After his final season of junior, in which he represented Canada at the 1987 World Junior Ice Hockey Championship in Piestany, steady forward Dave McLlwain made his debut with the Pittsburgh Penguins, and through 501 NHL games also played with the Winnipeg Jets, New York Islanders, Buffalo Sabres, Toronto Maple Leafs and Ottawa Senators. In fact, Dave tied a record by playing with the Jets, Islanders, Sabres and Leafs all during the 1991-92 season. He enjoyed a career-season with Winnipeg in  1989-90, firing 25 goals, and finished his career with 100 goals and 207 points.
