Two-time Olympic gold medal winner Cheryl Pounder as joined the Scotiabank® Road Hockey To Conquer Cancer team!

Cheryl Pounder starred on defence for Team Canada’s Olympic gold medal-winning teams in 2002 and 2006. She has won five World Championship gold medals (1994, 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2004) as well as a silver in 2005, where she was selected for the All-Star Team. Cheryl can also lay claim to seven gold medals from the Nations Cup, winning in 1996, 1998, 1999, 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2005. As a member of the Beatrice Aeros of the Canadian Women’s Hockey League, Cheryl won gold in 2000 and bronze in 1999 and 2001.
