Gemini Award-winning actor Art Hindle has joined the Scotiabank® Road Hockey To Conquer Cancer team!

A successful actor dating back to the early 1970’s, Art Hindle first film success came by way of hockey. His role as Billy Duke in 1971’s ‘Face-Off’ (also known in the United States as ‘Winter Comes Early.’)  The film included cameos from Derek sanderson, Paul Henderson, George Armstrong and Jacques Plante, among others. Art won a Gemini Award in 1990 for Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Continuing Dramatic Role for his work in ‘E.N.G.’ He was also nominated for a Gemini in 1993 (once again, for ‘E.N.G.’), 1994 (‘Liar, ‘Liar’) and 1998 (‘North of 60.’) Art also directs and stars in ‘Paradise Falls,’ a popular TV series shown in both the United States and Canada.
